TheJar.Company Loyalty Program Agreement

Welcome to TheJar.Company Loyalty Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
- Member: An individual who has enrolled in the Program.
- Points: The unit of measure awarded to Members based on eligible purchases and activities.
- Eligible Purchases: Purchases made through TheJar.Company’s official website, excluding gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees.
2. Membership Eligibility
2.1. Membership in the Program is free and open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary.
3. Enrollment
3.1. Join our Loyalty Program by creating an account on our website. If you already have an account, you’re automatically enrolled!
3.2. Members must create an account to participate in the Program.
4. Member Obligations
4.1. Members must provide and maintain accurate personal information.
4.2. Members must comply with all terms and conditions of the Program.
5. Earning Points
5.1. Place an Order: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any purchase at TheJar.Company.
5.2. Celebrate Your Birthday: Enjoy a special birthday gift from us with an additional 20 points added to your account on your birthday.
5.3. Points are accrued on the net purchase amount after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.
5.4. Points will be deducted for any returned or cancelled orders.
6. Redeeming Points
6.1. Order Discount: Redeem 100 points to receive a $5 discount on your next order.
6.2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
6.3. When you have accumulated enough points, you can apply them at checkout for discounts on your orders.
7. Points Expiration and Forfeiture
7.1. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active with at least one purchase every 12 months.
7.2. TheJar.Company reserves the right to cancel your membership and forfeit your points if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.
8. Points Transfer and Pooling
8.1. Points cannot be transferred between accounts or to another person.
8.2. Points cannot be pooled or combined within family or household accounts.
9. Account Management
9.1. Members can view their points balance by logging into their account on TheJar.Company’s website.
9.2. Members must promptly update any changes to their personal information.
10. Program Changes
10.1. TheJar.Company reserves the right to change the Program rules, benefits, and rewards at any time.
10.2. Members will be notified of any significant changes to the Program terms.
11. Termination and Cancellation
11.1. Member-Initiated Cancellation: Members can cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service.
11.2. Company-Initiated Termination: TheJar.Company can terminate membership for violations of the terms or fraudulent activity.
11.3. Upon termination, all points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
12. Fraud and Abuse
12.1. Any abuse of the Program, including fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of the terms, will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all points.
12.2. TheJar.Company reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud or abuse.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration.
13.2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. TheJar.Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
15. Privacy
15.1. Information collected from members will be used in accordance with TheJar.Company’s Privacy Policy.
15.2. Member information will be handled in accordance with TheJar.Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.thejar.company/policies/privacy-policy.

17. Agreement Acknowledgment
17.1. By enrolling in the Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
